The Anatomy:  

The forum was broadcast via live streaming, seamlessly integrating keynote speakers and panelists into a unified production and stage. This approach effectively embodied the theme of connectivity, symbolizing the ongoing integration of the Greater Bay Area. As event architect, we engineered the digital and physical staging to serve as a bridge between the disparate locations, transforming the broadcast into a cohesive spatial experience. This strategic design allowed us to treat virtual and live participants as a single, unified audience, reinforcing the concept of a borderless, interconnected region.
